Intro

In the realm of Zenthia only 2 things matter; What clan had the most moonstone and what clan used it the best way. See on Zenthia, moonstone had a much greater meaning than it did on earth, see moonstones found here are able to form mystical energy called Corent-energy.

Corent-Energy

Cornet-Energy is found in any moonstones available. It can be used either to enchant weapons, produce shields or even give the weilder the ability to use magic though it takes many years of training. some other basic uses for moonstones are operating mechanism though not as advance as things like guns but enough to make small mechanism that make medication.

Plot

For teenage Zenthians, there is a choice of 2 schools for them; Arethical Academy for those who wish to specialist in magic and Tilant Academy for those who enjoy close combat battles. Without either... they are as good as dead in the world they live in. There are many monsters in Zenthia, most of which are man eating... and if that wasn't enough, there are quite a few clans of thives that would kill you in a heart beat for your moonstones, even if you don't have any.

The school is found in the northern part of Zenthia and the based around the magical properties of the moonstone. Students here may learn one of the 3 types of magic available: Combat Magic, Healing Magic, or Alchemy. The headmaster knows all three and can teach them to any of her students upon request. The moonstone is held in a form of a ring or pendant, if broken all power is lost though it is pretty hard to break because only the attack of a well trained fighter or mage can break it (ie: the headmasters).

Tilant Academy:

Tilant Academy is found in the south west part of Zenthia. This school specialist in Weaponry and close combat tactic threw use of moonstones. On the first day of your first year you are assigned a weapon based on your personality, strength and abilities. this weapon will never leave your side because it is magically bounded with you. even if you drop it it will come right back. The way the moonstones are used here is each weapon is fused with a moonstone (or many) and given special abilities, these cam be anything from a shield generated to flame surrounding the blade of a sword. The one downfall is though... if your weapon breaks or even feels damage, you feel the pain as well and you can be in the hospital until you can get another moonstone to fix your weapon.

Weekend tournaments

Each weekend (in real time/ IRT) there will be a tournament held between the two school. Anyone is welcome to join (post in the ooc forum on Wednesday or Thursday when i post the sigh up sheet). The prise will be some amount of moonstones that you can use to increase your abilities or modify your weapon. There will be a no kill rule in the tournament so the conditions of willing will be to K.O. or pin your opponent. Anyone who doesn't sign-up in at least one tournament a month will get a warning and 3 warnings you are out of the rp. If you can't attend please P.M. me and slifer1995, we will understand if something came up.

All Steampunk Dragon and RP forum rules apply here as well as the no kill rule.

Nathan was bored. He sat in a random chair just waiting for this whole thign to be over. He looked at all the students to the schools and not many of them looked strong. He just leaned back and tried to sleep through it.

Zeta woke up as the morning light poured into her room. She sat up and stretched before hurrying to get dressed. She grabbed her moonstones and put her shoes on after putting a small braid in the front of her hair. She started for the door to go outside to do some training.

Zeta heard some voices yelling and started towards them, curious.

Nathan- Bah...quiet John...



A rumbling and fighting sound is heard. Ken gets smashed through a wall by Darian. (Btw I'm doing Narration in Normal)

Darian came walking up to Ken and picked him up by his collar.

Darian- Told you you couldn't take my place as headmaster.

Ken was weak. He managed to get out a few words correctly.

Ken- At least I am the youngest, you're gonna die an old man long before I do!

Darian threw Ken out into the audience and he landedo n Nathan with a thud.


Nathan and Ken- X_X

Darian- Eh. He started it. He wanted to challenge me for headmastership again and well, I fought and beat him. Again.

Nathan and Ken both shot up as soon as they got energy back. They were face to face with eachother angry.

Nathan- What the hell is your problem!?

Ken- My problem!? Whats YOUR problem!?

Zeta came up behind Nathan. "What's all the yelling for??" She asked, loud enough for them to hear, a little worried.

Nathan turned around quickly and angrily but noticed it was just some girl and not the headmaster. He calmed down.

Nathan- Idiot here crashed in on me.

Ken- You freaking little! I did not! I was thrown!

Darian came over and picked Ken up and threw him at a wall.

Darian- Problem solved.

"You all have some serious issues." Zeta said, making a slightly disgusted face. She headed towards Ken to see if he was alright.

Nathan- Please babe. I'm so bored right now...

Darian- Whatever.

Ken- *Unconscious*

Darian- What the hell do you think I just did? The man doesn't stick to them sadly. Can't punch him either, might kill his weak ass self.

Zeta sighed and stood up as he was starting to be healed. She started back towards the group and glared at the guy who threw him into the wall. She went up to Nathan. "Haven't seen you around before." She said, "What year are you in?"

"Cool." Zeta said. "I'm on my third."
